Job responsibilities:
Engaged in the research and development of polymer or monomer synthesis and modification, polymer material molding processing and performance testing:
1. Responsible for polymer or monomer synthesis, modification and structure and performance characterization;< br/>2. Responsible for the exploration of blending, molding, stretching and other processes of polymer materials;
3. Responsible for characterizing the thermal, mechanical and optical properties of polymer materials;
4. Conduct experimental design, observe experimental phenomena and details, summarize and analyze experimental data;
5. Read relevant Chinese and English literature and patents, track, summarize and analyze industry and technical information trends, and conduct patent writing and Application.
Job requirements:
1. Possess professional background in polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, polymer material molding and optical materials;
2. Full-time master degree or above, 211 or above is preferred;
3. PhD and The master's degree requires research or work experience in polymer synthesis, organic synthesis, and polymer material molding. If there is no relevant research or work experience, it is required to have a solid foundation, proactive learning ability and logical thinking ability, and be able to carry out the work smoothly in a short time.
